not one of the big 4 and I cant see any of the Minor's using it, GE may if they underwrite honda/seadoo finance still but id doubt it.

why wouldnt you just leave it unsecured?

He's trying to use his jetski as security so he can get a loan Steve.

Probably none of the big banks will give you a loan in these current times and they wont probably use a jetski as a form of security as they depreciate extremley fast..

I would makybe try GE money, or if your wanting to buy a particular item try enquiring with HSBC or inrent... Be cautious of HSBC but, make sure you read ALL of their terms and conditions carefully..

If you already own it then don't be in a hurry to secure it, not when you have a range of options with unsecured lending now.
Just shop around, after being in personal lending and now in debt recovery the last thing you want is shit secured to a loan.

wat u guys need to be aware of is, yes they depreciate but they get to a point and hold there value for a long time. i payed 4k for my first ski and had it for 4 years, could have sold it for close to 5k if i wasnt in a hurry to get rid of it like i was. i payed 9k for the latest ski that i have now nearly 18 months ago, they are still fetching 8.5k. it is the brand new skis that depreciate in value quickly then they start to hold there value at around the 3-4yr old mark.

so if you dont have a brand new ski, i cant see why they wouldnt. but in saying that, many things could happen to that jet ski and the bank wont get its money if it needs it, could sink, could catch fire, could be stolen, many things could happen and it isnt worth a pinch of shit to the bank.

Fuck mate - The only thing you can buy now that doesn't go down by shitloads as soon as you drive it out the gate is a fuckin house. Cars, bikes, boats - You are better off buying all of them when they are 6 months old compared to getting them new - Just not worth the loss
