Embedding Youtube videos in posts how?

Hey guys... many of us here... myself included... dont know how to post up youtube vids within the forums... and end up just linking them instead.

I know its probably something quite basic which we're overlooking, but would someone mind giving a quick rundown on it?

I searched and couldnt really find an answer

Step 1. Go to the link on the YouTube page you are viewing and copy the code that is after the "=" in the address

Step 2. Click on either Insert: YouTube Video or Insert: YouTube Video (small) Recommended as its clearer to view. Then a lil box will appear this is where you paste that code we copied before from the you tube address

Step 3. Then this is what it should look like then post away.

There's also the option to copy the link 'URL' from the Youtube video and post it into this forum for example via the 'Insert Media' button :P

Yeah this post was created before we upgraded the forums, so in essence it is pretty useless.

Now, as you mentioned, you use the "insert media" button and paste the whole url into it
Its a LETHAL thing.... You wouldn't understand....

...or WOULD you...

And if you try that, it probably doesnt work... Atleast, it doesnt for me, and I CBF fixing it :P
